Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Whitsundays Sailing Adventures:

Prices are based on multi-share accommodation unless otherwise specified. Prices do not include airfares. Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will result in complete forfeiture of full price. We reserve the right to substitute vessels without notice at any time for any reason. We recommend you take out travel insurance. Clients should note that adventure travel involves risk. Whilst we make every effort to safeguard guests, we cannot be responsible for any damage, personal injury or loss due to the actions of passengers that are beyond our control. All cruises are subject to weather and the vessel operator’s discretion. At certain times of year ‘dangerous’ jellyfish inhabit these waters and passengers should take care for their own safety. Passengers entering the water do so at their own risk and the owners or operators of the vessel will not be liable for any personal injury, illness, death or any other consequences whatsoever of passengers being stung by jellyfish. To minimise this risk you will be provided with a full length protective ‘Snorkel Suit’ to wear whilst swimming and snorkelling during the cruise.
