Great Ocean Road - Otway Discovery:

Cancellations within 24 - 48 hours of tour departure will incur a 50% loss of the ticket price. Cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in 100% loss of the ticket price. The tour operator highly recommends all passengers have travel insurance. Although every effort is made, the tour operator shall not be liable for any illness, damages, loss or delay that may occur due to factors beyond our control. The tour operator reserves and retains the right to alter itineraries, fares and may cancel tours in unforeseen circumstances.

Swan Valley Tours:

Swan Valley Tours reserve the right to cancel tours due to insufficient passenger numbers. Swan Valley Tours shall not be liable for any injuries, illness, damage, loss or delay that may be caused to the passenger and/or their belongings whilst on tour. Full payment or credit card details are required to confirm a booking. Cancellation fee is 100% within 24 hours.

All cancellations are subject to an AUD$50.00 administration fee per person. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, and we strongly suggest the use of registered mail or fax. Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

AGE & FITNESS LEVEL REQUIREMENTS For our camping tours, the minimum age is 8. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for their care. Any packages that include dorm accommodation are not available for children, however we can create a suitable package for families upon request. We have no upper age limit on our tours, although some trips can be physically demanding. For our camping tours, a real spirit of adventure and a medium level of fitness is required as the tours are fast paced. It is important to note that Central Australia experiences extreme weather conditions during summer. Participation is required from passengers on our camping tours for things such as meal preparation and firewood collection (as requested by guide). TRAVEL INSURANCE Emu Run recommends that all travellers take out travel insurance to protect you from costs of injury and cancellation fees. PHOTOS & MARKETING By booking our tours you consent to us using images of you that are taken on tour for any advertising or promotional purposes. You grant us permission to use these images royalty free for publicity and promotional purposes worldwide. TERMS & CONDITIONS Emu Run Experience reserves the right to amend the itinerary of any of the tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. A minimum number of passengers is required to operate each tour. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative or full refund for that tour. We accept no responsibility for loss, stolen or damaged property and recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. Emu Run will accept no responsibility for any injury, illness or other such accident sustained whilst on tour. Any children travelling will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. UPDATING THE CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL Emu Run Experience reserves the right to update and/or alter the conditions of travel and fine print at any time. Adventure Company:

The operator reserves the right to cancel any tour, change vehicle type or arrange an alternative carrier. All monies forfeited if passenger cancelling less than 48 hours prior to travel. Should a trip be cancelled by the operator, passengers may be offered an alternative day for lost time/trip.

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Sydney HeliTours:

Cancellation 24-48 hours before the flight incurs a 50% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hrs of the flight, there is a 100% cancellation fee. If passengers elect not to fly due to weather, but the helicopter flight is still operational, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

AAT Kings:

Due to the Extensive organistion involved with touring, cancellation fees are applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. AAT Kings strongly recommend travel insurance to cover against such charges. Cancellation fees will be levied relative to the amount of notice given. Cancellations received within 1-6 days prior to travel will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24hrs of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee (no refund). The operator reserves the right to cancel tours and amend prices, itineraries and days of operation as required. Clients are strongly advised to take out travel insurance. At times it may be necessary to provide alternative transport. Refunds are not available for wet weather or for changing weather conditions.

AUSTRALIAN NATURAL TREASURES TOURING:

Full amounts are payable for ‘no shows’ or cancellations less than 24 hours from departure. Cancellations less than 1 week before departure we will incur a charge of 50%. More than one weeks notice will incur no charge. Where a private cottage has been booked as part of a cancelled booking, the whole charge will apply if less than 3 days notice is given, unless the cottage is able to be resold.

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Bookings cancelled within 5 days of tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee - no refund. Transfer to a new travel date may be available at the discretion of the tour operator.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

If a passenger cancels their booking with notice of less than 90 days, they forfeit 30% of trip fee. If notice is less than 30 days, they forfeit 100% of trip fee. If the tour operator is forced to cancel the trip due to adverse weather conditions, passengers will receive a credit for future travel with the same tour operator, or a refund equal to 85% of the trip cost.

Intoxicated Persons: The Operator does not condone excessive drinking and no intoxicated person will be allowed to embark the vessel named Calypso. Minimum Age Requirement: There are no minimum age requirements for children to board Calypso. Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. The Skipper and other crew members are not responsible for their care or safety. Life jackets are available on board for children and adults alike. Adult prices will apply from age 13 upwards. Times & Duration: May vary slightly at the skipper's discretion and depending on sea and weather conditions. The 'Cruise like a local' tour commences at 12.30pm and concludes at 4.30pm. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable. A copy of your tourstogo.com voucher must be presented to the driver at your first stop - the driver may refuse boarding if you are unable to supply a copy of your voucher.

Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations.
